Hi guys new to the forum and hoping some of the seasoned PDR techs can help me out with advice on which companys to buy tools from??? been looking at a few companys 1. casey tools 2.A1 tools and 3. dentcraft. i have heard dentcraft are awesome and also a1 tools aint to bad but I am based in scotland so a1 and dentcraft will have fairly high postage charges with them being shipped from the states.. so casey tools are high on my list ATM.. they are stainless steel/heat treated but i have heard so many horror storys i would much rather have advice on buying my fist set of tools from a seasoned pro that has experience using them... Thanks so much in advance

To be honest, they don`t have a great range of tools and I would question the quality. You don`t need a `set` of tools if you are just starting out. You didn`t say if you have had any training yet, if not that would be my first purchase. Let the trainer suggest which tools to buy while you practise with his tools. Good quality tools will last, in most cases, forever and a good tool maker will stand by his warranty.
Some good tool suppliers.......Dentcraft, PDR Finesse, Ultra, DentGear.
Try John at Dentrix, he has a good stock of good quality tools at a reasnable price.
